The Villas - AMENITIES

One of the benefits of living in a gated community like The Villas is that your home is more secure than when you live in an apartment downtown. For one thing, there is a tall perimeter fence that encloses the entire residential community. On top of the said fence are hundreds of meters of barbed wire, which is quite an imposing sight that will discourage potential intruders from taking a shortcut inside the community. Aside from the fence, there is also a team of highly trained security personnel who regularly patrol the interior of The Villas. Not only are these security guards trained at apprehending intruders. They are also fully knowledgeable in basic First Aid and CPR so expect them to serve as first responders in case there is an accident within the compound as well.

Other security measures implemented in The Villas are gates and guard houses on every entry point to the compound. Aside from the fact that there are security guards posted in these positions 24 hours a day, you can also find security cameras that keep an eye on every vehicle and person that enters the gates. In The Villas, any would-be criminals should rethink their life choices because there are always someone watching over the residents.

When it comes to utilities, besides the basics like electricity and water, The Villas also has provisions for cable/satellite TV, high-speed internet connections and other additional service. All of the services available to Metro Manila residents are also accessible in Dasmarinas, so there is no need to feel like you are losing out on anything.

The Villas also took the health and well-being of the residents into consideration, which is why there is a covered basketball/volleyball court where you can hang out with your friends and have a rousing game. In addition, the sidewalks in The Villas are so wide that you can use them as jogging paths.
